Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.1 · Updated October 20, 2026
This is a translation of the Spanish-language document; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using omnisol.app, the panel, an App instance, or Omnisol’s AI assistant. Effective as of October 20, 2026.
1. Who this applies to
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using omnisol.app, the panel (panel.omnisol.app), an App instance, or Omnisol’s AI assistant: visitors, end Clients, their authorized users, and Distributors.
2. Prohibited use
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Carry out or facilitate any activity that is illegal under the laws of Colombia, Ecuador, or the country you are in.
- Send mass unsolicited messages (“spam”) via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, using data, templates, or content generated within the Platform.
- Impersonate another person, business, or entity, or create fake profiles, instances, or accounts.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, instances, or data, or to Omnisol’s internal systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Platform’s source code, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with the Platform’s normal operation (denial-of-service attacks, deliberate overload, bypassing usage limits).
- Upload or generate, including via the AI assistant, content that is defamatory, incites violence or hatred, exploits minors, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or violates others’ privacy.
- Use the Platform for deceptive commercial practices: promising false results, using fabricated testimonials or figures, or impersonating Omnisol without authorization (particularly relevant to Distributors, see Distribution Agreement, Section 10).
- Use the Platform to build a competing product or service, or to mass-extract data from other users or the App catalog.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
3. Consequences of violations
Violating this Policy may result in, depending on severity: a warning and request to correct, temporary suspension of the account or instance, account termination, and, where applicable, expulsion from the distribution network (see Distribution Agreement, Section 11) or a report to the competent authorities.
4. How to report abuse
If you detect misuse of the Platform by another user or distributor, write to us at [email protected] or [email protected] with as much detail as possible.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at Acceptable Use Policy.
