This Cookie Notice applies to anyone visiting omnisol.app or using the panel (panel.omnisol.app). Effective as of October 20, 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Sites may also use similar technologies (browser local storage).
2. What omnisol.app uses
Unlike many sites, omnisol.app uses only strictly essential cookies needed for the site and panel to function. We do not use advertising, social media, or analytics cookies.

3. Why we don’t show a cookie consent banner
Data protection regulations, including the GDPR, Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012, and Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, require consent for non-essential cookies, but not for those strictly necessary to provide the service you request. Since we only use essential cookies and our analytics does not use cookies, a cookie consent banner is not necessary under any of these laws. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this document and implement the corresponding consent banner before activating them.
4. How to control cookies from your browser
You may block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time. If you block essential cookies, you may not be able to log into the panel or some site features may not behave correctly.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies in the future, we will update this document, display the corresponding consent banner, and announce it on the site.
